About Me
Hi there! So glad you are visiting here with me today! Let me introduce myself:
I am a freedom and fulfillment coach for women. I am passionate about helping women breakthrough the feeling of being stuck, in order to unleash their personal power and to feel joy and passion in their lives. I work with intuitive art, energy leadership, and experiential learning to build on people's strengths to find "next steps" for women facing major life transitions. I believe that each individual can unlock their own creativity in order to design an authentic life in which, what they say and what they do are congruent. When women are able to reconnect with their personal power, they are able to take action based on their values and integrity. This new found personal power helps regain clarity about who they are in their hearts and propel them forward consciously choosing each next step resulting in a life of their dreams.
The first time I heard of the profession of life coaching, I thought, " Wow, can't people get through life without a life coach? What is this world coming to!" Fast forward several years later, and there I was, stuck in a situation for several years that I was unhappy in. When I realized what being stuck was costing me, I knew I needed to reach out for help. For the first time in my life, I invested in myself and hired a life coach. This person was able to help guide me through the overwhelm and confusion I was feeling to a place of clarity where I could reconnect with what was in my heart in order to make decisions based on my truth. As a result, I was able to move forward with more confidence and clarity. I decided then that I wanted to become a coach and help women like myself breakthrough the barriers keeping them stuck in their lives and help them to reconnect with their truth and power, ultimately setting them free.
As I have gone through my own personal transitions, I have also had diverse work experiences.
In the time I have worked as a Veterinarian in my own practice, I have also owned and operated other small business, engaged as a creative artist, become an energy leadership practitioner and life coach, and raised a family. I am an animal rights advocate and believe that animals have a lot to teach us if we are willing to listen. I am runner, gardener, creator, fun seeker, and nature lover. I am excited to be of service in a way, where all of my training and knowledge can come together creating a unique and holistic, heart centered process providing one on one coaching as well as retreats for small groups of like-minded women.
